Taraweeh, although not obligatory, has been one of the hallmarks of Ramadan. Last Ramadan (1441) it was cancelled in most mosques due to COVID-19. This year many are doing it with some of the restrictions in place (social distancing etc.). It is urged for participants to adhere to restrictions and guideline in order to protect themselves and others. If mosques are limited or inaccessible, perhaps it might be better to do it at home (still in congregation though).
