Doe we just read Quran in Ramadan?

The main reason this month is so blessed and special, is because the Quran was revealed in it.

By tradition, Muslims usually read the Quran in Ramadan more than other months. They usually finish entirely by the end of the month, some even more than once.

But, is that really the main intent for our interaction with the Quran during this holy month, or there is more to it?

If we were to look at the Ayas (verses) that talk about the Quran or the book, we will notice that our role towards the Quran is multi-faceted. we are to read it, recite it, memorize it (or part of it), use it in our worship and prayer, apply it in our lives, ponder about it, learn its sciences, teach it, and more. In Ramadan, though, we can do more of that.
